Boilerplate forms for micro SaaS #buildinpublic

During my journey building a hiring system in PHP and SQL, I realized something.

80% of the programs I’ve written could be used for other things, too.

For example, the features you need to build in order to accept job applications from candidates is quite similar to the features you’d need if you wanted to build a platform to enable submitting speaker requests for a conference.

I realized that I have all these little blocks of code that I could plug into create different tools.

I’ve been experimenting with using the form submission and file upload / download handler for submitting other types of forms, and its working quite well!

This got me thinking that others in the micro SaaS space might benefit from configurable blocks of code so that they don’t have to re-invent the wheel.

How can I help your micro SaaS company?

For those interested in building a form-based SaaS product, feel free to shoot me an email (espressoinsight@gmail.com) or message me on Twitter.

I really think I can help you get your idea off the ground quickly with pre-built code blocks.

More to come…
